You have a strong background in inventory management and data analysis, with the ability to lead daily inventory health metrics and accuracy. Your experience includes driving strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce excess or aged inventory, ensuring that you can implement and maintain effective inventory control processes. You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and are not hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. Your high judgment and analytical talent are complemented by excellent document writing skills and concise communication.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the responsibility of building a new business from the ground up within the MENA A-Now team. You will influence internal and external stakeholders and leadership to buy into your strategic direction, developing a buying and sourcing strategy for a new category while ensuring flawless execution. You will continuously analyze key metrics to drive improvements for your business, focusing on inventory management and data analysis. Your role will require you to monitor shrinkage and damage rates, analyze historical data to predict future inventory needs, and create demand forecasts while recommending order quantities. You will also monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends to ensure the best results for customers.
