What you'll do

In this role, you will take charge of the operational activities at one of Amazon's sites, overseeing the daily operations and ensuring that all teams are aligned with the company's objectives. You will lead a team of Area Managers, guiding them in their responsibilities and helping them develop their skills. You will analyze shift performance according to company guidelines and implement measures to improve operational excellence. Your role will involve close collaboration with support teams to design and execute initiatives that enhance site performance. You will be the main point of contact between various teams, ensuring that communication flows smoothly and that operational challenges are addressed promptly. You will also be responsible for creating operational plans that help your teams meet their goals and contribute to the overall success of Amazon's logistics operations.
