What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of Area Managers, overseeing daily operations at the Schkeuditz site. You will be responsible for creating and implementing operational plans that align with Amazon's goals, ensuring that your teams meet their performance targets. You will analyze shift performance according to company guidelines and implement measures to enhance operational excellence. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with support teams in HR, finance, and safety to drive initiatives that improve site performance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include monitoring operational workflows, addressing issues as they arise, and ensuring that all teams are aligned in their objectives.
