What you'll do

In this role, you will take charge of shift management at one of Amazon's operational sites, overseeing daily operations and ensuring that your teams meet their performance goals. You will lead and develop a team of Area Managers, guiding them in their responsibilities and helping them grow professionally. Your role will involve analyzing shift performance according to company guidelines and implementing measures to enhance operational efficiency. You will also collaborate with various support teams to design and execute initiatives aimed at improving site performance and operational excellence.
