Job Description
Who you are
You have at least 3 years of experience in staff management and team leadership, ideally in a logistics or operations environment. You possess a business-level proficiency in Japanese and have basic computer skills, including the ability to perform simple calculations. You are proactive in contributing to an inclusive culture and are eager to work in diverse teams. Your experience includes using operational management tools to improve workflows and address challenges effectively.
What you'll do
As an Area Manager at Amazon, you will oversee the planning and management of shipping operations, ensuring that products are sorted and dispatched efficiently.
