What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee daily last mile operations for either a large site or multiple smaller sites, ensuring that all dispatch operations run smoothly. You will be responsible for meeting customer-facing metrics while maintaining operational and cost targets. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the performance management of your team, where you will provide coaching, feedback, and motivation to help them excel in their roles. You will implement Amazon policies related to attendance tracking and ensure they are administered fairly and consistently across your team.

You will play a key role in building and running the Ultra Fast Grocery service, contributing to the mission of making Amazon the go-to place for customers to find and buy anything online. Your ability to analyze operational data will help you identify areas for improvement and implement strategies that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that the service meets the high standards expected by Amazon customers.
