What you'll do

As an Area Manager II at Amazon, you will lead a team of hourly associates, motivating and supporting them to excel in their roles. You will manage key operational metrics, ensuring that safety, quality, and productivity standards are met consistently. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with support teams such as Safety, Engineering, and Human Resources to develop and implement plans that align with business goals. You will oversee the workflow of operations, from the first mile to the last mile, ensuring that customer orders are delivered accurately and on time. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive work environment, addressing any challenges that arise during shifts, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
