What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of hourly workers, ensuring they are engaged and performing at their best. You will manage key operational metrics, including safety, quality, and productivity, while also maintaining customer delivery promises. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various support teams such as Safety, Engineering, and Human Resources to develop plans that meet business objectives. You will also be involved in lifting and moving packages, ensuring that you are actively participating in the operational workflow.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational workflow, which consists of the first mile, middle mile, and last mile processes — each component is vital to delivering customer satisfaction. Your leadership will help create a positive work environment where your team feels valued and motivated to succeed. You will continuously monitor performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
