What you'll do

As the Reliability Maintenance Engineering Manager, you will be the site lead for all engineering matters within the fulfillment center. You will lead your team in maintaining and optimizing technologies that support the Global Amazon Warehouse & Delivery Network. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing maintenance strategies, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and driving operational excellence.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and reliability. Your role will involve mentoring and developing your team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. You will also be responsible for managing budgets and resources effectively to achieve operational goals.
