Who you are

As a Shift Manager at Amazon, you are responsible for leading a large and diverse team, ensuring that your business area keeps pace with demand. You analyze performance metrics and suggest process improvements to optimize workflows and customer service.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work various shifts at one of our operational sites, focusing primarily on maintaining safety standards through your team and across your entire location. You will monitor process efficiency, with priorities including routine team management and daily operational activities. Your responsibilities will also involve handling escalations, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company goals across shifts.

You will collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes, ensuring that best practices are shared and implemented across the board. Your ability to analyze performance data will be crucial in driving improvements and achieving operational excellence. You will play a key role in shaping the work environment and culture, making it a place where employees feel valued and motivated to perform at their best.
