What you'll do

In this role, you will work various shifts at one of our operational sites, focusing primarily on maintaining safety standards through your team and across your entire location. You will monitor process efficiency, with priorities including routine team management and daily operational activities. Your responsibilities will also involve handling escalations, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company goals across shifts.

You will collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes, ensuring that best practices are shared and implemented across the board. Your ability to analyze performance data will be crucial in driving improvements and achieving operational excellence.
