You excel at setting clear expectations and requirements for your team, measuring performance, and providing constructive feedback. You hold your Operations and Area Managers accountable for their departmental performance, ensuring that best practices are shared across all shifts and departments. Your collaborative nature allows you to work closely with support staff across various functions, including HR, Finance, and IT, to secure the necessary resources for projects and initiatives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of operations at the Fulfillment Center, driving the creation of quality initiatives and process change initiatives. You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, coaching them to meet performance objectives while building a strong leadership bench within the center. Your responsibilities will include overseeing safety, quality, and performance metrics, ensuring that customer experience standards are met or exceeded. You will take proactive steps to share best practices across departments, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with various support functions to build and secure resources for projects, ensuring that your team has the support needed to succeed. Your role will also involve measuring performance, providing feedback, and holding your team accountable for their results. You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and ensuring that the Fulfillment Center meets its business plan objectives. Your leadership will be key in nurturing ideas from your team and rolling them into actionable improvement plans.
