What you'll do

As a Shift Station Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of the delivery station, focusing on the efficient delivery of Amazon orders directly to customers. You will lead a team of Process Assistants and Delivery Service Providers, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated to achieve the best results. Your responsibilities will include conducting meetings, training sessions, and assigning job duties to your team members.

You will also be responsible for managing site operations and supporting functions, collaborating with external stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining a high standard of service and ensuring that all team members are aligned with Amazon's commitment to customer satisfaction.
