You have a proven track record in operations management, ideally within a fast-paced environment. Your experience includes managing teams and driving operational excellence, ensuring that productivity goals are met while maintaining high standards of service. Your ability to build and develop talent is key, as you will create and implement a talent plan for your site, focusing on performance and career management.

You thrive in dynamic environments and are comfortable managing relationships with multiple Delivery Service Providers (DSPs). Your leadership style fosters collaboration and accountability, enabling your team to exceed expectations. You understand the complexities of managing operations on a 24/7 basis and are committed to delivering the best results for customers.

What you'll do

As an Operations Manager at Amazon, you will oversee the daily operations of a Delivery Station, ensuring that orders are delivered efficiently and accurately. You will be responsible for driving operational goals and metrics, presenting these regularly to the senior leadership team. Your role will involve problem-solving to close gaps between performance and goals, ensuring that your team is aligned with Amazon's customer-centric mission.

You will lead a team of associates, focusing on hiring and developing top talent. This includes creating a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy and implementing performance management processes. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging your team to innovate and find new ways to enhance operational efficiency.
