You have a proven track record in operations management, particularly in fast-paced environments like fulfillment centers or supply chains. Your experience includes leading teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and efficiency. You are adept at interpreting data and using it to inform decision-making, ensuring that operational standards are met and exceeded.
You possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate a diverse team of leaders. What you'll do
As the On The Road Operational Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for prioritizing efforts within your region to reduce variation from operational standards. You will audit and teach best practices while acting as a catalyst for continuous improvement across your teams. Collaborating with regional leaders, you will implement Standard Operating Procedures and process improvements that drive stabilization and standardization.
Your role will involve developing clear roadmaps and milestones to exceed cost commitments for your region.
