What you'll do

As an Area Manager II at Amazon, you will lead a team of hourly associates, supporting and mentoring them to maintain high levels of safety, quality, and productivity. You will collaborate with various support teams, including Safety, Engineering, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives. Your role will involve managing workflows across the first, middle, and last miles of operations, ensuring that customer expectations are met consistently.

You will be responsible for engaging your team during their shifts, fostering a culture of safety and performance. You will also play a key role in maintaining operational standards and ensuring that customer orders are delivered accurately and on time. Your leadership will be crucial in driving team performance and achieving operational excellence.
