What you'll do

As an Operations Manager at Amazon, you will lead shifts at one of our Fulfillment Centers, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing and developing a team of Area Managers, guiding them to meet their targets and improve site performance. Your role will involve analyzing shift performance against business objectives and implementing actions to enhance operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with support teams to design and deliver initiatives that drive improvements across the site.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include mentoring and coaching your team, conducting performance reviews, and facilitating meetings with various departments to discuss operational strategies. You will be the key link between different teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards common goals. Your insights into performance and risk metrics will help prepare the site for varying levels of demand, making you an integral part of our operational success.
