What you'll do

As a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for all aspects of operations at the Fulfillment Center. You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, coaching them to achieve performance objectives and develop their leadership skills. You will drive the creation of quality and process change initiatives, ensuring that best practices are shared across all departments.

You will set and clarify performance requirements for your team, measuring their success and providing constructive feedback. Your proactive approach will help you identify opportunities for improvement and implement plans that enhance operational performance. You will collaborate closely with support staff to ensure that your area has the resources needed to succeed.
