What you'll do

As a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for all aspects of operations at the Fulfillment Center. You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, driving performance and ensuring that operational objectives are met. Your role will involve creating and implementing quality initiatives and process changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

You will set and clarify requirements for your team, measuring performance and providing feedback to ensure accountability. Your proactive approach will involve sourcing and nurturing ideas from your team, rolling them into improvement plans that benefit the entire functional area.

You will collaborate with support staff to build and secure the necessary resources for your initiatives, ensuring that all departments are aligned and working towards common goals. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a positive employee relations environment, building leadership bench strength within the Fulfillment Center.
