What you'll do
As an Area Manager II at Amazon, you will lead a team of hourly workers, engaging them during their shifts to ensure the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You will manage workflows across the first, middle, and last miles of operations, ensuring that customer expectations are met consistently. Your role will involve supporting, mentoring, and motivating your team while collaborating with support teams such as Safety, Engineering, and Human Resources to develop plans that meet business objectives.
You will be responsible for managing safety protocols and quality standards, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will also play a key role in maintaining customer delivery promises, ensuring that orders are delivered on time and to the right location. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a positive work environment and driving team performance.
What we offer
Amazon offers a competitive salary range of $70,000.00 - $90,900.00 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
