What you'll do

As an Area Manager, you will oversee a team of hourly employees in one of Amazon's fulfillment centers. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and develop your team, ensuring they meet operational goals while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. You will engage in hands-on leadership, participating in daily operations and addressing any challenges that arise. You will also be responsible for implementing training programs to enhance team performance and ensure that all employees are equipped to succeed in their roles. Your role will involve collaborating with other managers to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.
