What you'll do

As an Area Manager II at Amazon, you will lead a team of hourly workforce members, ensuring they are engaged and motivated throughout their shifts. You will manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises, playing a crucial role in maintaining customer expectations. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with support teams such as Safety, Engineering, and Human Resources to develop plans that meet business objectives.

You will be involved in the operational workflow, which includes overseeing the first mile, middle mile, and last mile processes. Your role will require you to continuously monitor and improve these workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. You will also be responsible for lifting up to 49 pounds and working in environments with varying noise levels and temperatures.
