What you'll do

As an Area Manager II at Amazon, you will lead a team of hourly workforce members, focusing on maintaining high levels of safety, quality, and performance. You will support and mentor your team, ensuring they are engaged and motivated throughout their shifts. You will collaborate with various support teams, including Safety, Engineering, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives. Your role will involve managing workflows across the first, middle, and last miles of operations, ensuring customer orders are delivered accurately and on time. You will also be responsible for monitoring productivity and addressing any issues that arise during operations.
