What you'll do
As an Area Manager II at Amazon, you will lead a team of hourly workers, ensuring they are motivated and engaged during their shifts. You will manage key operational metrics such as safety, quality, and productivity, while also maintaining customer delivery promises. Your role will involve collaborating with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives. You will be responsible for overseeing workflows in the first, middle, and last miles of operations, ensuring that products are delivered to customers efficiently and effectively. You will also be expected to adapt to varying environmental conditions and maintain a high level of performance in a fast-paced setting.
What we offer
Amazon provides a competitive salary range of $72,500.00 - $90,900.00 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) matching program, paid time off, and parental leave.
