What you'll do

As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of hourly employees in one of Amazon's fulfillment centers. Your primary focus will be on motivating and mentoring your team to meet operational goals while ensuring the highest levels of safety and quality. You will engage with your team on the production floor, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute.

You will oversee daily operations, ensuring that your team meets performance metrics and adheres to safety standards. Your role will involve providing guidance and support to your team members, helping them develop their skills and advance in their careers. You will also be responsible for conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to help your team improve.
