What you'll do

As a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for all aspects of operations at the fulfillment center. You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, setting clear expectations and measuring performance to ensure accountability. Your role will involve driving the creation of quality initiatives and process changes to meet and exceed business plans. You will collaborate closely with support staff across various departments, including HR, Finance, and IT, to secure resources for projects and initiatives. Additionally, you will take proactive steps to share best practices across departments and shifts, ensuring continuous improvement in operations.
