You thrive in dynamic environments and are comfortable collaborating with various support teams, including Safety, Engineering, and Human Resources. You are physically capable of handling the demands of the role, including lifting and standing for extended periods. Your commitment to customer satisfaction drives you to ensure that orders are delivered accurately and on time.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a team of hourly workforce members, supporting and mentoring them throughout their shifts. You will manage key operational metrics, including safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises. Collaboration with support teams will be essential as you develop plans to meet business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
You will engage with your team to maintain high levels of performance and ensure that all workflows are executed smoothly. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the first mile, middle mile, and last mile processes, ensuring that each component meets Amazon's standards. You will also be responsible for addressing any challenges that arise during operations and implementing solutions to improve overall performance.
