What you'll do

As the Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Hub Delivery Expansion and Capacity Management initiatives — this includes overseeing the end-to-end aspects of partner onboarding and ensuring that operational strategies align with marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the Hub Delivery Program team to execute partner acquisition strategies effectively.

You will also focus on scaling the Sales team, which involves hiring and training new members to meet the demands of a rapidly expanding operation. Your role will require you to utilize technologies for optimal location and partner selection, ensuring that Amazon Logistics continues to exceed customer expectations in delivery speed and accuracy.
