You have a strong background in operations management, ideally with experience in logistics or supply chain. You are passionate about improving delivery quality and building strong relationships with partners. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, including delivery partners and internal teams. Your analytical mindset helps you manage operational metrics and drive improvements in service quality and compliance.
What you'll do
As an Operations Manager at Amazon, you will oversee the operations metrics of partner delivery companies, ensuring that delivery quality is consistently improved.
