What you'll do
As an Area Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for leading a team of hourly employees within one of our fulfillment centers. Your primary focus will be on engaging and developing your team to meet operational goals. You will ensure that your team has the necessary tools and resources to succeed while maintaining the highest levels of safety and quality. You will be involved in hands-on management, which includes standing and walking on the production floor, engaging in conversations with team members, and addressing any operational challenges that arise. You will also participate in extensive training and development programs designed to help you grow into an exceptional people leader.
