What you'll do

As the Senior Operations Manager, you will oversee all budgetary and operational objectives at the Fulfillment Center. You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, setting clear expectations and measuring performance to ensure accountability across departments. Your role will involve leveraging your team's ideas to create improvement plans that enhance operational efficiency.

You will take proactive steps to share best practices across all departments and shifts, ensuring that the entire facility operates smoothly and effectively. Your responsibilities will also include managing the overall performance of either Inbound or Outbound operations, focusing on safety, quality, and customer experience.

You will collaborate closely with support staff from various departments, including HR, Finance, and IT, to ensure that operational goals align with organizational objectives. Your strategic leadership will be crucial in balancing operational excellence with team development, driving results across all areas of the facility.
