Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in Oracle e-Business Suite, particularly in Financials, and possess the ability to lead functional design and configuration efforts. Your experience includes gathering and defining business requirements, performing gap analysis, and creating detailed documentation for system configurations and functional designs. You are proactive and demonstrate initiative in your work, ensuring that you deliver the best results for customers. Your technical skills include the ability to create SQL queries to troubleshoot and develop metrics, which are essential for your role in supporting multiple modules across various geographies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will interact with business customers to understand and document their business processes and requirements. You will perform gap analysis to determine necessary changes in the e-Business suite system configuration and development. Your responsibilities will include creating business requirements documents, system configuration documents, detailed functional design documents, test plans, and user training documents. You will collaborate with business customers, developers, and Oracle Support to research, document, and resolve any Oracle system issues that arise. Additionally, you will work closely with the development team to design and implement system modifications that align with business needs.
