Technical Account Manager • Mid-Level

Who you are

You have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and a strong understanding of financial systems. Your background includes working with Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud (ARCS) and Financial Close and Consolidation (FCCS), which equips you to handle complex financial processes effectively. You are familiar with the Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH) module and have experience in reporting using OTBI and Finance Reporting Studio in the Oracle Fusion Cloud environment. Your data literacy and product integration skills enable you to collaborate efficiently with various stakeholders.

Desirable

Experience with automation of finance processes and maintaining financial applications is a plus. Familiarity with additional financial tools and systems will enhance your ability to contribute to the team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with finance team stakeholders to support and enhance the features of Stripe's financial systems. You will maintain Oracle Cloud Applications, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include automating finance processes to improve operational efficiency and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate new features into existing systems. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to financial applications, ensuring that the finance team has the tools they need to succeed.
