Who you are
You are a technical expert in commercial CO2 refrigeration systems with a strong background in reliability and maintenance engineering. You have experience in driving standardization and reliability improvements across multiple facilities, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with food safety standards. You are comfortable with domestic travel, providing regional technical support and expertise as needed. Your ability to lead teams towards World Class Maintenance in refrigeration operations sets you apart.
You possess excellent problem-solving skills and a keen understanding of the operational challenges faced in large-scale environments. Your communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on goals and objectives. You are committed to continuous improvement and have a track record of implementing best practices in maintenance and operations.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the regional leader for commercial CO2 refrigeration systems, providing technical expertise and support across Amazon's expanding North American market. You will be responsible for driving standardization and reliability improvements, ensuring that all refrigeration systems operate at peak performance. You will collaborate with various teams to implement best practices and maintain compliance with food safety standards.
