Amazon is hiring a Senior Partnership Manager for their UAE Payments team to drive the growth and development of co-branded card initiatives. You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to innovate payment solutions in the MENA region.
Job Description
Who you are
You have extensive experience in managing partnerships within the payments industry, particularly in the Middle East. Your background includes working with banks and third-party partnerships to enhance payment solutions and drive customer value. You possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of digital payment trends and consumer behavior in the region.
You are adept at navigating complex stakeholder environments, both internally and externally, and can effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams. Your strategic mindset allows you to innovate and uphold a strong customer value proposition while managing the acceptance charter for payment methods in the UAE.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the acceptance charter for Amazon in the UAE, focusing on acquirer and alternative payment methods. You will drive the card acquisition strategy and work closely with partners to lower the cost of payments while ensuring program execution and health. Your responsibilities will include analyzing customer insights and business reporting to inform decision-making and strategy.
You will be at the forefront of shaping the growth and development of co-branded card initiatives, collaborating with both internal leadership and external ecosystems. Your role will involve driving balance adoption of customer value propositions and ensuring that Amazon Payments remains a leader in innovation within the MENA region.
