Amazon is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to enhance employee training and development at their new location in Contwig. You'll play a key role in implementing training programs and ensuring a positive learning experience for team members.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in learning and development, with experience in creating and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and engagement. You understand the importance of fostering a positive learning environment and are committed to supporting team members in their professional growth. You are skilled in communicating complex topics in a simplified manner, making training accessible to all employees. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with HR and management to ensure compliance with training requirements and to facilitate smooth transitions for new processes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive training experience for employees at Amazon's new location in Contwig. You will offer EU process training to staff, ensuring that all mandatory training is completed within established timelines. You will collaborate with various departments, including Human Resources and Health and Safety, to coordinate training efforts and support the onboarding of new team members. Your role will involve simplifying complex topics into effective training solutions, making learning engaging and relevant for all employees. You will also play a crucial role in supporting management during transitions and improvements, ensuring that employees are well-prepared for new processes and changes.
