You have over 15 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of designing organization-wide programs that drive impactful results. Your leadership experience spans more than 5 years, during which you've successfully managed and developed high-performing teams in the L&D space. You possess deep expertise in leadership development, enabling you to create programs that empower employees at all levels, from frontline teams to senior leaders.

You are adept at architecting comprehensive development programs that encompass leadership development, capability building, talent mobility, onboarding, and career growth. Your strategic mindset allows you to partner effectively across the organization, creating a learning portfolio that not only strengthens the company culture but also measures meaningful impact on business outcomes. You thrive in environments that require collaboration and innovation, and you are committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and organizational learning.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for the end-to-end design and execution of various learning programs. Your team's portfolio will include developing learning pathways and blended learning experiences that combine self-led and instructor-led approaches. You will guide your team in establishing coaching and mentoring programs, designing continuing education for legal and security professionals, and facilitating team development workshops. Your leadership will be crucial in building team capability, setting strategic direction, and implementing measurement frameworks to demonstrate program impact.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that the learning experiences you create are transformative and aligned with the needs of a global workforce. This includes collaborating with stakeholders to identify learning needs and developing programs that address those needs effectively. You will measure the success of these programs through established metrics and continuously seek feedback to enhance the learning experience.

Your role will require a willingness to travel internationally, as you will engage with teams across different regions to understand their unique learning requirements and to implement tailored solutions.
