Who you are
You have over 15 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of designing organization-wide programs that drive employee engagement and performance. Your leadership experience spans more than 5 years, during which you've successfully managed and developed high-performing teams in the L&D space. You possess deep expertise in leadership development, enabling you to create impactful programs that resonate with employees at all levels, from frontline teams to senior leaders. Your strategic mindset allows you to architect comprehensive development programs that empower individuals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
You are skilled in establishing coaching and mentoring programs, and you understand the importance of blended learning experiences that combine self-led and instructor-led approaches. Your ability to partner across various organizational functions ensures that the learning portfolio you create aligns with the company's culture and business objectives. You are committed to measuring the impact of learning initiatives on business outcomes, demonstrating the value of L&D to stakeholders.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for the end-to-end design and execution of learning programs. You will oversee the development of learning pathways that cater to diverse employee needs, ensuring that all programs are engaging and effective. Your leadership will guide the team in creating skill-building initiatives and learning summits that enhance employee capabilities and drive organizational success. You will also facilitate team development workshops, fostering collaboration and growth among team members.
You will set the strategic direction for the L&D function, implementing measurement frameworks to demonstrate the impact of programs on employee performance and business results. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to ensure that the learning experiences you design are relevant and aligned with organizational goals. You will also be responsible for building team capability, mentoring your team members, and fostering a culture of learning and development within the organization.
