Amazon is hiring a Rising Leader Intern for their People eXperience and Technology team. You'll work on impactful projects that shape employee experience while gaining exposure to human resources and workplace technology solutions. This is an entry-level position based in Windsor, Connecticut.

Who you are
You are a rising junior looking to make an impact early in your career journey. You are eager to gain invaluable experience in a Fortune 500 company and are excited about the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that influence how Amazon supports its employees. You are willing to relocate for the role and are prepared for 100% on-site attendance at one of Amazon's Network Operations Sites.
What you'll do
As a Rising Leader Intern, you will join Amazon's People eXperience and Technology (PXT) team, collaborating with professionals across multiple disciplines. You will engage in hands-on projects that directly influence employee experience, gaining exposure to human resources, learning and development, and workplace technology solutions. This role is designed to provide you with practical experience in a fulfillment center, sort center, delivery station, or other buildings within the Amazon Fulfillment Network.
