What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as a leader of people and organizational strategy, working closely with various PXT teams, including HR Partners and Employee Relations. You will be accountable for overall PXT effectiveness and will collaborate extensively to ensure that the organization has the capabilities needed to innovate. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing workforce challenges, developing integrated solutions, and executing strategies that enhance the employee experience.

You will play a crucial role in coaching senior leaders and acting as a change agent within the organization. By leveraging your expertise, you will influence decisions that impact talent management and organizational design. Your work will directly contribute to the trajectory of the business, ensuring that Amazon remains a leader in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What we offer
