What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the space allocations for Amazon's teams in India, coordinating closely with space planners to manage and report on plans for employees and teams. You will partner with India Corp. managers and occupancy planning teams to implement workplace design and space management strategies. Your responsibilities will include developing strategic recommendations for workplace design and space allocation, ensuring they align with GREF's broader business requirements. You will be expected to maintain a customer-centric approach while managing change requests and informing supply and demand allocations. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering collaboration among various teams and ensuring that the workplace design meets the needs of employees.
