Overview

Who you are

You are a motivated and customer-focused individual eager to join Amazon's team as a Process Assistant. In this role, you will lead and support delivery associates through each step of the delivery process, ensuring they are well-trained in safety, compliance, and vehicle operation. You understand the importance of tracking delivery metrics and are committed to cultivating a safe and positive environment for both associates and customers.

You have a keen eye for detail and are capable of monitoring performance metrics, identifying areas for retraining, and suggesting process improvements. Your ability to partner with leadership to coordinate training activities will be essential in maintaining high standards of delivery service. You are a subject matter expert in the delivery process and are dedicated to fostering a culture of safety and quality.

What you'll do

As a Process Assistant, you will be responsible for training new Delivery Associates on how to drive and operate vehicles in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. You will track and monitor performance, including conducting on-road assessments to ensure adherence to standards. Your role will involve supporting standard work and safety programs, ensuring that all associates are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary for their roles.

You will collaborate closely with leadership to facilitate training-related activities and measure their effectiveness. By cultivating a high-quality customer delivery experience, you will contribute to Amazon's mission of delivering smiles to customers every day. Your expertise will help sustain a positive culture among Delivery Associates and Delivery Service Partners, ensuring that everyone is aligned with Amazon's vision of excellence in delivery.

Amazon provides a competitive hourly wage ranging from $25.00 to $27.00, along with additional earnings opportunities such as overtime pay and performance bonuses.
