Overview

Amazon is hiring a Senior Product Manager for their Intelligent Talent Acquisition team to reinvent the hiring process using AI and machine learning solutions. You'll work with AWS technologies to deliver innovative hiring solutions. This position requires significant experience in product management.

Job Description

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within technology or AI-driven environments — you've successfully led product initiatives that leverage advanced technologies to solve complex problems. Your background includes a strong understanding of AI and machine learning principles, allowing you to effectively communicate with technical teams and stakeholders alike.

You possess a deep familiarity with AWS and its services, having utilized them in previous roles to build scalable solutions — your expertise enables you to navigate the intricacies of cloud-based systems and integrate them into product strategies. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform decision-making and measure the success of product features.

Your leadership style is collaborative, fostering an environment where cross-functional teams can thrive — you excel at managing relationships with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision and execution. You are passionate about transforming the hiring landscape and understand the impact that effective talent acquisition can have on an organization.

You are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced environments — your ability to adapt and pivot based on user feedback and market trends has been key to your success in previous roles. You are also committed to continuous learning and growth, always seeking to enhance your skills and knowledge in product management and technology.

Desirable

Experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools is a plus, as is familiarity with data science concepts — you understand how to leverage these technologies to enhance product offerings and improve user experiences. A background in talent acquisition or HR technology would also be beneficial, providing you with insights into the challenges faced in hiring processes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of innovative AI-driven solutions for Amazon's talent acquisition processes — you will work closely with engineering teams to design and implement systems that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of hiring at scale. You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user needs and business goals, and ensuring successful delivery of product milestones.

You will conduct user research to gather insights on hiring challenges and opportunities, translating these findings into actionable product requirements — your ability to synthesize data and feedback will be crucial in shaping the direction of the product. You will also collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop machine learning models that improve candidate matching and streamline the hiring process.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall product management culture within the organization — your leadership will help foster a collaborative and innovative environment where ideas can flourish. You will regularly communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on product progress and gather input on strategic initiatives.

What we offer

Amazon offers a competitive salary range of $197,900.00 - $267,800.00 USD annually, along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off — we believe in supporting our employees' well-being and work-life balance. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive environment where your contributions can make a real impact on the hiring landscape.

Join us at Amazon and be part of a team that is dedicated to transforming the way we connect talent with opportunity — together, we can create innovative solutions that change the world for the better.
