Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within technology-driven environments. You possess a strong understanding of user experience and business strategy, allowing you to define product strategies that deliver exceptional customer value and drive business outcomes. Your ability to conduct user research and identify opportunities is complemented by your skills in collaborating with cross-functional teams to build impactful products. You are adept at using data to inform decisions and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Desirable

What you'll do
In this role, you will define the product strategy for Intelligent Talent Acquisition, focusing on delivering solutions that enhance the hiring process at Amazon. You will work closely with engineers and analysts to develop state-of-the-art software tools and AI systems that improve the accuracy and efficiency of talent acquisition operations. Your responsibilities will include conducting user discovery sessions to gather insights and identify opportunities for product improvement. You will leverage your UX and product knowledge to inform design decisions and ensure that the products you build meet the needs of users and the business.
You will also be responsible for communicating product vision and strategy to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and competitor offerings to inform product development and positioning. You will lead product initiatives from conception through to launch, ensuring that each product delivers measurable business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
