What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for prepared foods and bakery products within Amazon's WW Grocery Store Private Brand business. You will develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies that meet financial targets while delivering high-quality products to customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, merchandising, and quality assurance, to ensure that product offerings align with customer expectations and market demands. You will lead a team of six, providing mentorship and guidance to foster their professional growth. Your role will involve negotiating with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions that enhance product profitability. You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and assortment strategies. You will also be responsible for monitoring product performance and implementing improvements as needed. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders will be crucial in driving alignment and achieving business objectives.
