Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in program management, particularly in operational excellence and data analytics. Your background includes establishing governance frameworks and leveraging AI tools to extract actionable insights from qualitative reviews. You are skilled in monitoring performance metrics and ensuring alignment with operational objectives.

You possess strong analytical skills and can transform narrative feedback into actionable themes and trends. Your experience includes managing complex projects across multiple locations, ensuring that resources deliver maximum impact. You are comfortable working with executive leadership to provide data-driven narratives that inform strategic decisions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the governance and maintenance of execution scorecards that track Field Support team effectiveness across 500+ Worldwide Grocery Stores locations. You will establish and enforce governance frameworks for Store Business Review (SBR) and Team Business Review (TBR) processes, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned with operational objectives.

You will leverage AI tools to extract qualitative insights from business reviews, transforming feedback into actionable themes and trends. Monitoring Field Support activation data will be a key responsibility, ensuring that it aligns with business outcomes. You will also maintain a comprehensive roster of Process & Field Support team members, including portfolio assignments and subject matter expert areas.

Additionally, you will serve as the FoodLogiQ administrator for Elevated Support incident tracking across verticals. This includes monitoring Elevated Support incidents to ensure proper categorization, assignment, and timely resolution. You will launch quarterly Elevated Support incidents based on intake, ensuring that all incidents are managed effectively.
