Amazon is hiring a Senior Product Manager-Tech to drive the product strategy and roadmap for the Amazon LEO Antenna Hardware team. You have a proven track record of developing and launching successful consumer and broadband ISP products and services — your experience in product management has equipped you with the skills to create and drive product strategies that resonate with customers. You are both creative and analytical, able to synthesize various technologies into applications that enhance user experiences. Your entrepreneurial spirit drives you to take ownership of product lines, ensuring they meet customer needs effectively.
You thrive in cross-functional environments — working closely with engineering, design, operations, finance, and business development teams is second nature to you. You possess strong leadership qualities, enabling you to navigate complex organizational structures and drive projects to completion. Your customer obsession means you are always looking for ways to improve the customer experience and deliver value.
Desirable
Experience in the broadband or telecommunications industry is a plus, as is familiarity with hardware product management. You understand the nuances of working with technical teams and can translate complex technical concepts into actionable product features. A background in data analysis and metrics-driven decision-making will help you excel in this role.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager - Tech, you will take end-to-end ownership of the Leo Enterprise antenna product line. Your responsibilities will include defining the product vision and roadmap, collaborating with various teams to develop innovative products, and ensuring that the products meet customer needs. You will lead product development efforts, from ideation through launch, and continuously gather feedback to iterate on product features.
You will manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product updates effectively across the organization. Your role will involve conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, as well as analyzing user feedback to inform product enhancements. You will also be responsible for setting success metrics and tracking product performance post-launch.
What we offer
Amazon provides a competitive salary range of $151,200.00 - $204,600.00 USD annually, along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
