Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within a technology-focused environment. You possess a strong understanding of customer experience and have successfully led projects from conception to launch, ensuring that all stakeholder needs are met. Your ability to engage with customers and gather insights is complemented by your analytical skills, allowing you to make data-driven decisions that enhance product offerings.

You are adept at defining integration paradigms and interactions across multiple systems, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your strong communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with engineering, business, and go-to-market teams, driving alignment and execution across various functions. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results.

What you'll do

As the Senior Product Manager for Amazon LEO, you will be responsible for defining and developing the end-to-end customer experience lifecycle. This includes overseeing customer onboarding, order management, and broadband service provisioning. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure that systems are ready for launching LEO services, establishing timelines and driving system readiness.

You will engage with enterprise customers, small businesses, and residential users to understand their needs and ensure that the product offerings meet market demands. Your role will involve defining requirements, building systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a cohesive product experience. You will also be responsible for developing a common vision and scope for the product, ensuring that all aspects of the customer journey are considered and optimized.
