Job Description

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in technology-driven environments — you've successfully led product initiatives that leverage cloud-based solutions and artificial intelligence to solve complex business challenges. Your background includes a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate those into actionable product strategies.

You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with data to inform decision-making — you can define success metrics and use them to guide product development. Your experience includes collaborating with engineering and design teams to create user-friendly solutions that meet market demands.

You are an excellent communicator, capable of articulating product vision and strategy to diverse stakeholders — you thrive in cross-functional teams and can effectively manage relationships with both technical and non-technical partners. Your leadership style encourages collaboration and innovation, fostering an environment where team members feel empowered to contribute.

You have a passion for technology and a keen interest in how AI can transform customer interactions — you stay updated on industry trends and are eager to apply new technologies to enhance product offerings. Your ability to think strategically while also being detail-oriented allows you to balance long-term vision with immediate execution.

Desirable

Experience with cloud-based contact center solutions or similar technologies would be a plus — familiarity with Amazon Connect or competitive products can help you hit the ground running. A background in user experience design or customer service operations can also enhance your effectiveness in this role.

What you'll do

You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to drive the development of innovative features that leverage AWS services and AI capabilities.

You will conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions — your insights will help shape the user experience and ensure that our solutions are intuitive and effective. You will also work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies that effectively communicate the value of our products to potential customers.

Your responsibilities will include analyzing market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation — you will use this information to guide product positioning and messaging. You will also be responsible for defining success metrics and tracking product performance post-launch, making data-driven adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.

At Amazon, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) matching program — we believe in supporting our employees' well-being and financial security. You will also enjoy generous paid time off and parental leave policies, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
