You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in technical environments, where you've successfully led cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. Your ability to blend vision with practical execution has allowed you to drive product strategies that resonate with both customers and business objectives.

You are data-driven, using analytics to inform product decisions and measure success. Your experience includes conducting user research and A/B testing to refine product offerings and ensure they meet market needs.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to bring innovative solutions to life. Your leadership style encourages team members to contribute ideas and take ownership of their work, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.

Desirable

Experience with cloud-based solutions and familiarity with AWS services is a plus. A background in AI or machine learning will enhance your ability to contribute to our vision of transforming customer interactions.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager for Amazon Connect, you will own the product roadmap and strategy, ensuring alignment with the broader goals of the AWS Applied AI Solutions organization. You will collaborate with engineering teams to develop and enhance features that leverage AI to improve customer service capabilities.

You will conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the contact center space. Your role will involve defining success metrics and KPIs to track product performance and user satisfaction.

You will lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the process. Your ability to prioritize features based on customer feedback and business impact will be crucial to your success.

You will also be responsible for communicating product vision and updates to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned and excited about the direction of Amazon Connect.
