Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the e-commerce or technology sectors. You possess a strong understanding of fulfillment operations and the challenges faced by SMB sellers in managing their inventory across multiple channels. Your ability to think strategically while also being detail-oriented allows you to scope, design, and launch high-quality products that meet customer needs.
You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with product designers, software engineers, and marketing teams. Your communication skills enable you to articulate product strategies and roadmaps effectively to various stakeholders. You are data-driven and have experience in writing PR FAQs and critical business documents that guide product development.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager at Veeqo, you will be responsible for scoping, designing, building, and launching products that enhance the fulfillment experience for SMB sellers. You will develop and own your product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall vision of Veeqo as the back office hub for e-commerce sellers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights and feedback, driving the product development process from ideation to launch.
You will conduct user research to understand the needs and pain points of sellers, using this information to inform product decisions. Your role will involve prioritizing features based on customer impact and business goals, ensuring that the products you launch deliver real value to users. You will also be involved in analyzing product performance metrics post-launch to iterate and improve on the offerings continuously.
